  • Food poisoning & its prevention
  • Prevention of food contamination
  • Personal hygiene
  • Design of premises & equipment
  • Cleaning & disinfection
  • Pest control
  • Legal requirements under current legislation.

Examination: a short multiple choice paper at the end of the training session.
